Terry Kelleher

Terry arrived at BCSE in 2010 as a Senior Network Engineer with more than two decades of experience in strategic planning, project management, system architecture and administration, and network engineering.

Terry began her career in the Information Resource Management Department of the United States Peace Corps, rising through the ranks to become deputy director of IRM, the agency’s chief software architect.

Subsequently, Terry was a Senior Network Engineer in Ohio University’s IT department. As a member of the university’s Network Engineering Group, she worked on all issues related to university network architecture, including developing and implementing QoS strategies, designing Oracle-based Network Metadata Infrastructure and managing the network’s growth and general health. Terry led a technical team to develop and deploy an Identity Management system for over 25,000 users and worked as a database administrator for an enterprise Oracle environment including databases, Application Server, SOA Suite and Oracle clients supporting core University functions.

At BCSE, Terry continues her focus on strategic planning, network engineering, project management, system architecture and administration.

Terry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Hamilton College and has completed coursework for a Master degree in electrical engineering at Ohio University’s Russ College of Engineering and Technology.

Terry is a married mother of 3 and in addition to enjoying being a Mom, she enjoys soccer, hiking and reading.
