From doing a vast number of Shibboleth support requests since 2007, we have found several package options to be best suited for a variety of different client needs. We have provided 4 very flexible support options to help clients with their Shibboleth integration needs.
The 4 hour Shibboleth Support Consultation option is best for customers needing help getting past a specific issue. Typically help would be needed for a system design or architecture problem or a installation and configuration issue. In the four hours, they can be used however you wish. Typically there is a short (1-2 hour) consultation call. After the initial call, we typically will exchange emails to continue to help with problem solving with a potential follow up call.
Annual Support Retainer
We offer Annual Shibboleth Support Retainers as well. They typically are for clients needing ongoing Shibboleth support and maintenance. Our support retainer includes:
- Email, phone and WebEX support
- 1-2 business day turnaround for support
- Emergency Support
- Assistance with Software Upgrades and Patches
- Assistance with configuration changes (new attributes, meta data, federation, etc.)
Fixed Cost Projects
For larger projects such as system upgrades, we can develop a statement of work with a fixed project cost.
