This X-cart mod is great for having full control of your product reviews! All reviews will automatically be set to a pending status waiting for Admin approval. You can also Edit and delete reviews.
Admin can then search for pending reviews and either reject or approve them. Great for keeping malicious content off of your site!
Feature List:
- All reviews are set to pending until approved or rejected by admin
- Admin can batch approve or reject reviews with one click of a button!
- Admin can edit any review.
- Admin can delete any review.
- Customers notified that their review will be added upon admin approval.
- Configurable whether admin gets email on new reviews
- Search based on:
- IP Address
- Email/Name
- Content
- Product ID
- Review status (pending, approved, rejected, all)
I don't think any business should be taking the risk of anonymous reviews being left that you can not moderate first.
This should be on everyone's buy list.
So far we have caught reviews that included:
Bad Language
Links to competitors
Comments left to make us look bad
Loads of blank Reviews where they dont fill anything in and just submit
and much more.
