Delivery Details

Free software is delivered via an email download link that is valid for 48 hours. You should receive a download link immediately when ordering Free software.

All software that is paid for, is delivered via a separate download link within 0-24 hours on week days (some software may take up to 48 hours). Usually we can get software out within just a few minutes to a few hours during business hours (EST). Weekends may take an extra day for delivery.
This delay is to help keep our prices low by doing fraud checks and order verifications and is standard for most 3rd party X-cart Developers.

To avoid any delays in getting your order please be sure and fill in X-cart version and the domain the software will be installed on when ordering even if you are a repeat customer. NOTE: Any official X-cart Products found under the "X-cart Products" category may take an extra business day or two of delivery time (ie. X-cart Pro, X-cart gold, etc). This delay is to allow them to do fraud checks and to get the software to us.
