PC Management
BCSE is currently offering 3 options of PC Management services to meet different business needs. BCSE utilizes a proactive approach to PC and network support to prevent potential issues from occurring. BCSE will automate as many repetitive maintenance/checkup tasks as possible to cut costs for both BCSE and the customer. These tasks include, but are not limited to; checking that all computers received latest virus definition database and windows updates.
One PC management option we provide is PC Repairs and Support. We will work to help your business do break-fix repairs on all kids of PC issues. BCSE will also do basic networking and printer configuration and installation. A “basic” network consists of a single wired/wireless router with a DHCP server and a small number of static addresses. The network set up will include the configuration and set up of smaller network printers. Advanced network/enterprise printers may be at additional cost due to the complexity and features. Printer configuration and maintenance are a part of the base package.

Our flag-ship option we are providing is Everything PC. BCSE’s experienced staff can handle any of your computer issues; from virus removal to tuning up your PC for maximum performance. BCSE can also set up your office network and offer support on any problems or changes. Included in this package is printer setup and support as well. BCSE will manage these services so that you can focus your attention on your business.
