Founded in Athens, Ohio in 2002 by Carrie and Brandon Saunders we are dedicated to providing high quality web sites built utilizing Expression Engine, an outstanding content management system. In addition, we offer 3 excellent shopping cart options utilizing X-cart, Pinnacle Cart or Magento ecommerce software.

Our initial business success was based upon establishing ourselves as a highly dependable resource for X-Cart design, implementation and custom work. BCSE’s continued success and growth in X-Cart inspired the business partners to expand our product offerings to include Pinnacle Cart and Magento as alternative shopping cart options. As a result, our original intent to help a few local companies has now matured into an organization of over 10 people that services clients across the globe in nearly every business segment imaginable.

Several of our staff has more than 15 years of experience in the networking and web solution fields which allows us to offer high quality hosting and network solutions and consulting services.

Our IDMI division provides custom programming and services for enterprise identity management systems primarily revolving around the Shibboleth software package supported by Internet2.

We have recently expanded our business to include; PC Management to assist clients with the management of their office PC’s and Home Automation which focuses on utilizing technology to more efficiently run homes and businesses.
